Nebraska's greatest asset is its people. Yet, our greatest challenge for the coming decades will be our ability to retain and attract young individuals and families in the aging national demographics.
By 2030, Nebraska will need to ahve added tens of thousands of new workers to our workforce. But to do so successfully, our communities will need to develop the types of local infrastructure to support this immigration including, but not limited to:

The NE Chamber Foundation is conducting three studies in 2023. These include research and data on state competitiveness including growing our state's workforce, legal immigration and manufacturing automation.
