Why Join the Nebraska Chamber?
NE Chamber Member Benefits
New members with over 35 employees are encouraged to consider a membership level approximating $10 per employee.
For more than a century, the NE Chamber has proudly served as the voice of Nebraska’s business community. It is the state’s only broad-based association, representing a grassroots membership of businesses across the state.
The NE Chamber works hard to promote the interests of employers of all sizes, as well as self-employed individuals, other trade associations, educational institutions, and local chambers of commerce. What links our members is the shared goal to improve Nebraska’s business climate and expanding opportunities for Nebraska businesses.
The NE Chamber Staff works effectively with the Legislature and other state government officials, with experienced full-time lobbyists leading our legislative efforts. Throughout every legislative session, the NE Chamber keeps its members well informed on day-to-day action in Lincoln through its printed and electronic reporting. Action alerts notify members of upcoming votes in which they may wish to contact their state senators. After each legislative session, the NE Chamber members receive summaries of the legislative activities that year and a scorecard related to key votes.
The NE Chamber, working with its national affiliates, the U.S. Chamber of Commerce and the National Association of Manufacturers, also monitors federal legislation and regulatory developments in Washington D.C.
Throughout the year, the NE Chamber also provides a multitude of program, seminars, training sessions, publications and other tools for our members including educational workshops, membership directories, labor law publications, and special events across Nebraska like our fall forum series.
As a member, you are providing the necessary support to the NE Chamber to advocate for your business interests in the development of key legislative and regulatory proceedings. You will also receive a multitude of unique member opportunities during the year to both obtain timely information on current developments affecting your business and customers and to network with business leaders throughout the state.
We hope you will consider becoming a valued member of the NE Chamber and being a part of our effort to enhance the business climate and business opportunity in this state.
"The Nebraska Chamber is always at the forefront keeping business community up to date with positive and negative legislative issues. Their team has been instrumental in giving small business a voice. "
