Leadership Nebraska is a program designed for current and future Nebraska leaders to view the economic and political challenges and opportunities that face Nebraska.

Created by the NE Chamber, the Leadership Nebraska program builds a sense of statewide community by identifying and training individuals with a commitment to become personally engaged in issues, programs and activities aimed at better serving Nebraska.

Leadership Nebraska’s mission is to identify, educate, communicate with, inspire and engage Nebraska's current and emerging leaders for the well-being of the state of Nebraska.

The NE Chamber is the sponsoring organization for Leadership Nebraska. It is not required, though, that applicants and fellows be employed by a NE Chamber member business.

The program is aimed at persons who have demonstrated community and professional leadership experiences. We believe that Leadership Nebraska is a natural next step for graduates of community-based programs, though this is not required.
