The NE Chamber is excited to pilot the Advocacy Ambassador Program for the upcoming legislative session. When it comes to business in Nebraska, the NE Chamber plays a critical role in advocating in Lincoln and at a grassroots level for pro-growth policies. We need your help.​

What is an Advocacy Ambassador 

Advocacy Ambassadors are business leaders who will help represent the NE Chamber in their legislative district by building and maintaining a relationship with their state senator. As an Ambassador, you'll serve as a key contact and advocate for the Chamber's priority legislative issues, ensuring that your district's voice is part of critical discussions at the Capitol.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking one or two business leaders from each of Nebraska's 49 legislative districts. Ideal candidates are:
  • Active members of their community with a passion for advocacy and Nebraska's growth
  • Familiar with their district's state senator or willing to cultivate a professional relationship
  • Committed to responding quickly when called upon during session

How it Works

As an Advocacy Ambassador, you will:
  • Receive a briefing on the Chamber's legislative priorities and tools to assist in effective advocacy
  • Be contacted during the session to share information and encourage action on specific legislative initiatives
Represent the collective voice of Nebraska businesses to state policymakers
